A private intensive built around precision, adaptation, and real control.

This private training focuses on the technique and detail behind handmade European keratin bonds and ICE Fusion, combining precision with a more customized, artistic approach to extension work.

Offered in a one-on-one or small group setting, the experience is designed to adapt to your current level, pace, and the specific areas you want to refine behind the chair.

This training can be approached as a focused deep-dive into one method, or as a two-method intensive, depending on how you want to build your skill set.

Two Day — Both Methods

Day One — ICE Micro Bonds | Day Two — European Keratin Bonds

Day One — ICE Micro Bonds

We begin with ICE, focusing on immediate hands-on work.

You’ll go straight into creating bonds and custom color blends, while developing control over placement, density matching, and achieving a truly seamless, invisible result.

The focus is precision, consistency, and understanding how to adapt the method to different hair types behind the chair — building a level of control that allows you to work with intention, not limitation. Focus on creating the smallest, lightest, most comfortable bond.

Day Two — European Keratin Bonds

Day two shifts into European keratin work, starting with bond creation from the ground up.

You’ll learn how to build individual bonds as well as structured sections that can be customized and cut based on density and placement.

From there, we move directly into application — working through placement, sectioning, and creating clean, consistent rows tailored to the client in front of you.

The focus is on translating technique into real results, so you leave knowing how to approach different clients with clarity and confidence.

European Keratin Bonds Intensive — 2 Day Focus

Day One — Foundation & Creation | Day Two — Application & Adaptation

Day One — Foundation & Creation

Understanding hair at a deeper level — texture, density, structure, and how that affects every decision you make behind the chair.

Working with Italian keratin to create custom color blends, including how to formulate your own tones using clear Italia keratin so you’re never dependent on pre-made bonds.

Hands-on creation of custom blends using the provided hair, followed by building bonds in different sizes and structures based on density, placement, and desired result.

Day Two — Application & Adaptation

Applying everything learned into real-world scenarios.

Working through different client profiles from baby-fine to high-density and understanding how to adjust sectioning, bond size, and placement depending on what’s in front of you.

A focused approach on creating bonds with intention, based on area of the head, density, and perfect small but durable bond size that will leave your client shocked and pleasantly surprised with the comfort, longevity, and natural flow of the final result.

ICE Micro Bonds — 2 Day Intensive

For stylists choosing to dedicate both days to the ICE Invisible Bond method.

Day One — Foundation & Creation

Mastering control of the ICE gel bottle — the key to creating a bond that is small, lightweight, and built to last.

This method is known for producing the smallest, lightest bond, designed to sit seamlessly in the hair without weight or bulk.

From the beginning, you’ll go straight into bond creation — the most detail-driven part of the process. Once understood, it opens the door to complete customization behind the chair.

Alongside this, you’ll develop custom color blends, learning how to match and build color based on what’s happening in your client’s hair.

The focus remains on density matching, bond control, and creating work that feels natural, moves naturally, and disappears completely within the hair.

Day Two — Application & Adaptation

Day two is where everything starts to come together.

Refining bond creation with a focus on achieving smaller, cleaner, and more consistent results through repetition and control.

Building a deeper understanding of density matching and placement, allowing you to adapt the method to different hair types while maintaining a seamless, natural finish.

The focus shifts from learning the technique to applying it with intention — understanding how to adjust your work based on what’s in front of you.

ICE Fusion is a highly detailed method that requires precision. Two full days allows you to develop the level of control and consistency needed to confidently execute it behind the chair.
