TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service apply to Mari Brazovan Beauty LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing any service, course, or product, you agree to the following terms.
Right To Refuse Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse service, training, or access to any individual at its sole discretion, especially in cases where safety, professionalism, or business integrity is compromised.
Termination Of Access
We may suspend or revoke access without refund if a client or student violates these Terms, shares course access, copies or distributes materials, behaves abusively, or uses the training in a way that harms the business, community, or intellectual property.
No Guarantee Of Results
All services and educational content are provided without guarantees of any kind, including but not limited to:
- client outcomes
- retention
- skill level
- income or business success
Intellectual Property
All course materials, methods, techniques, branding, and content are the sole property of the Company.
They may not be:
- copied
- reproduced
- shared
- taught
- distributed
in any form without explicit written permission.
Unauthorized Teaching / Use
Any unauthorized teaching, distribution, or monetization of the Company’s methods, content, or materials is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in:
- immediate termination of access without refund
- potential legal action
No Affiliation
Completion of any course does not establish any partnership, employment, certification authority, or affiliation with the Company.
Students may not represent themselves as:
- instructors
- partners
- official educators
of the Company without explicit written permission.
Account Sharing Prohibited
Course access is granted to a single user only.
Accounts may not be:
- shared
- transferred
- resold
under any circumstances.
No Recording Or Distribution
Recording, copying, screenshotting, or distributing course content is strictly prohibited.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Client Appointments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Clients must provide a minimum of 72 hours notice to reschedule an appointment.
Failure to provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
In the case of emergencies, the Company may allow a one-time courtesy reschedule at its sole discretion.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances and are applied toward the total service cost.
Education / Courses
All course purchases, both online and in-person, are final sale.
Full payment is required to secure enrollment.
No refunds or cancellations are permitted once a course has been purchased.
If we must cancel or reschedule an in-person training, we will offer a new date or another reasonable remedy. If a duplicate payment or confirmed technical access issue occurs, please contact us so we can correct it.
Failure to attend a scheduled in-person training does not entitle the student to a refund or reschedule unless otherwise approved by the Company.
Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can review it directly. By purchasing, you acknowledge these payment and cancellation terms, which may be provided as documentation in the event of a payment dispute.
Limitation Of Liability
Educational content is provided for professional training purposes. Results depend on the student’s skill, judgment, model/client conditions, and correct application. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mari Brazovan Beauty LLC is not responsible for outcomes resulting from misuse, unsafe application, or failure to follow professional standards.
Non-Disparagement & Communication
We ask clients and students to contact us directly with concerns so we have a reasonable opportunity to address them. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from sharing honest opinions or personal experiences.
Client and/or student further agrees not to make any false, misleading, or defamatory statements regarding the services, education, methods, business, or reputation of Mari Brazovan Beauty LLC or its representatives.
Nothing in this agreement restricts the client or student from sharing honest opinions or personal experiences. However, any statements that are knowingly false, misleading, or intended to harm the reputation of the Company may result in legal action.
Professional Conduct
Client and/or student agrees to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner when interacting with the Company, its representatives, and its community, both privately and publicly.
Any behavior deemed harmful, defamatory, threatening, or disruptive — including on social media platforms — may result in refusal of service, termination of access without refund, and/or legal action.
